Renter must be 23+ years old, with minimum 2 years driving experience. Valid Ghanaian License or International Driving Permit required. Ghana Card / Passport and License Number must be provided. Company reserves absolute right to verify with DVLA and refuse rental.

50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking. 100% payment before vehicle release. Security Deposit: GHS 3,000 (Saloon) to GHS 10,000 (SUV/Pickup) refundable within 7 working days less damages, fuel shortfall, traffic fines. Corporate monthly rentals: Net 7 days after credit approval. Late payment penalty 5% per month.

In case of accident you MUST: (1) Call Company immediately +233 20 017 2902 (2) Call Ghana Police MTTD & obtain Police Report within 24hrs (3) DO NOT admit liability (4) Take photos/videos.

Liability: Renter liable for first GHS 15,000 or 25% of repair cost whichever is HIGHER. Insurance VOID if: drunk driving, wrong fuel, overloading, unauthorized driver, no police report. Then Renter pays FULL repair or FULL market value if total loss. Plus Loss of Use: daily rental rate for each day vehicle is in garage (max 30 days).

If breakdown due to mechanical fault (not your fault), Company will provide replacement within 3hrs in Accra / 8hrs outside Accra, or refund pro-rata for downtime over 6hrs. CRITICAL: If dashboard warning light shows, engine overheats, or strange noise – STOP IMMEDIATELY. If you continue driving, you are liable for full engine damage GHS 20,000 – GHS 50,000. No unauthorized repairs. Tyre puncture & battery during self-drive is Renter’s cost. Towing must be authorized.

With Driver: Work hours 6AM-6PM (12hrs). Overtime GHS 150/hr Accra, GHS 250/hr outside Accra. Client provides decent meal & accommodation for overnight trips. Client shall NOT force driver to overspeed or off-road.
Self-Drive: Check oil, water, tyre daily. Forbidden: sub-renting, using for Uber/Bolt without written consent, tampering with tracker.

Return with same fuel level or pay GHS 25/litre. All traffic fines, tolls, DVLA penalties during rental are Renter’s + GHS 200 admin fee. All vehicles have GPS tracker. Tampering is criminal offence. Company may repossess vehicle without notice if breach of terms or payment default.

48hrs notice: 100% deposit refund. Less than 24hrs: 50%. Same day: No refund. This agreement is governed by Laws of Ghana. Courts of Accra have exclusive jurisdiction. Renter indemnifies Company against all claims.
