What documents do I need to rent a car?
REQUIRED Valid Ghanaian License or International Permit, Ghana Card or Passport, and License Number. 23+ years with 2 years experience.
How much is the deposit and payment?
50% deposit to confirm, 100% before delivery. Security GHS 3,000 – 10,000 refundable in 7 working days. Corporate: Net 7 days after approval.
What happens in case of an accident?
Call +233 20 017 2902 & Police MTTD immediately. Get Police Report within 24hrs. Take photos, DO NOT admit liability. Excess: GHS 15,000 or 25% of repair.
What if the car breaks down?
Mechanical fault: Replacement in 3hrs Accra / 8hrs outside Accra. If warning light or overheating – STOP immediately. Continuing voids engine warranty.
With or without driver?
With Driver: 6AM-6PM, overtime GHS 150/hr. Self-Drive: Daily checks required. No Uber/Bolt without written consent.
Fuel and mileage policy?
Unlimited in Greater Accra. Return same fuel or pay GHS 25/litre. All tolls and traffic fines are Renter’s cost.
